The Board
The White Hill Square Homeowners Association Board of Trustees mission is to serve the collective homeowners by upholding the Declarations, and the Covenants, Codes, & Restrictions (CCR's), and to support and facilitate actions that are approved by vote of homeowners.  Board Members are volunteers who are selected from among homeowners and serve for 2-year terms.

President: Gary Carlson
Primary duties: Administrative. Legal. Retention Basins. Landscape replacement and maintenance Current term expires at the end of 2026.

Vice President:  Chelsea Allen
Primary duties: Welcome/Activities Committee. Garage Sale Block Party, Social Engagement. Current term expires at the end of 2026.
 
Treasurer: Brian Waltz
Primary duties: Review/Audit Monthly Financial Reports, Review/Audit contracts. Review annual budget.   Current term expires at the end of 2026.
 
Secretary: Joe Cacciatore
Primary duties:Keep the minutes of all meetings of the Board of Trustees and shall keep such books and records as may be required by the Board of Trustees. Current term expires at the end of 2027.
 
Member at Large: Andrew Westerbeck
Primary duties: Special Projects. Manage www.whshoa.org website. Current term expires at the end of 2027.
