The White Hill Square Homeowners Association Board Of Trustees mission is to serve the collective homeowners by upholding the Declarations, Articles, and Codes, and to support and facilitate any action that is wanted by the majority of the homeowners.

Tim's primary duties include: Communications – Legal/Administrative -Complaints, Board of Trustee meetings– HOA Document Approvals, Annual Meeting. His current term expires at the end of 2010.

Dick's primary duties include: – Lakes, HOA Document Approvals, Complaints, Violations, Board of Trustee meetings and Annual Meeting His current term expires at the end of 2010.

primary duties include: Grounds – Trees, Entry Ways, Landscaping Company, neighborhood watch email messages, HOA Document Approvals, Complaints, Board of Trustee meetings and annual meeting.Her current term expires at the end of 2011.

Treasurer - Mary Eadie contact mary@whshoa.org
Mary's duties of the treasurer include: Financial – Budget, Reserve, Annual Assessment, HOA Document approvals, Complaints, Board of Trustee meetings and Annual meeting . This position's current term expires at the end of 2011.

Communication - Bert Doughty contact bert@whshoa.org
Primary duties include: White Hill Newsletters,website,HOA Documents Approvals, Complaints, Board of Trustee meeting and Annual meeting. Current term expires at the end of 2010.

Board members serve for two-year terms. Board member elections are staggered in order to ensure continuity in the oversight of the Association.
